Return Policy

1. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. For sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. Please make sure the correct coupon code and/or address are provided before checkout.

2. In the event that a product is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to thelashesbyki@gmail.com. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for the shipping charge. We cannot replace or exchange used items. 

3. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee to reshipment. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES BY USPS.


Shipping

We work from Monday-Friday and orders take approximately 1-3 business days to be processed, plus an additional 2-5 business days to ship. Some packages may experience delays by USPS.

Packages are mailed via USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided us during checkout.

Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website.
