1. Refunds and cancellations will be accepted if the order has NOT yet been processed or shipped. For sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges after the items have been sent out. Please make sure the correct coupon code and/or address are provided before checkout.
2. In the event that a product is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to email@example.com. This should be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for the shipping charge. We cannot replace or exchange used items.
3. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the additional reshipment fee.
4. Due to the nature of the product, all e-book and vendor list sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
