1. Once shipped, all sales are final. We can not cancel an order after the tracking number has been issued. For sanitary purposes there are no exchanges. Please make sure the correct coupon code and/or address are provided before checkout.

2. In the event that a product is damaged, please send detailed photos of the damaged item along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. 3. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the additional reshipment fee.
